3. Therapist Responsibilities

As a massage therapist on our platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Honor your booking commitments and provide advance notice of cancellations
• Maintain client confidentiality and data privacy
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client booking services on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and personal information
• Be respectful and professional when communicating with therapists
• Cancel bookings with appropriate notice when needed
• Disclose any health conditions relevant to massage therapy
• Follow therapist instructions regarding payment and appointment logistics

5. Limitation of Liability

Massage Connect and its providers, owners, employees, and agents will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this Service for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings.
